Quotes and fares

Every fare is quoted for a specific route, date, schedule and passenger count, and is confirmed before travel. The confirmed fare is the price you pay for that booking; if your plans change materially — a different destination, extra stops, additional passengers — the fare may be re-quoted before the trip rather than adjusted afterwards.

Prices shown on this site are the official per-vehicle fares for the listed routes. Routes without a listed fare are priced on request, and your own quote, confirmed in writing or on WhatsApp, is the figure that applies to your booking.

Bookings and pickups

A booking is confirmed when we agree the pickup point, time, destination and fare with you. Please be ready at the agreed point at the agreed time: drivers on group and holy-site routes run to a schedule that other passengers depend on and cannot wait indefinitely. If you are running late, call or message us as early as possible and we will do what we reasonably can.

Journey times are estimates based on typical traffic. Peak congestion, road works, accidents and weather can extend them, and we are not liable for delays caused by conditions outside our control — though dispatch will always tell you what we know, as soon as we know it.

Changes and cancellations

One-off bookings can be changed or cancelled by contacting us on +966 57 306 7785; the earlier you tell us, the easier it is to help. Group and multi-day itinerary travellers should flag date changes and non-travel days in advance so vehicles and holy-site timings can be replanned. Any specific cancellation terms agreed when you book take precedence over this summary.

Passengers, luggage and conduct

The number of passengers must not exceed the booking; tell us about children, prams and child-seat needs when booking so we can advise honestly what can be arranged for your vehicle. Standard luggage is carried within reason for the vehicle booked — tell us about oversized items when booking so the right vehicle is assigned. Passengers must wear seatbelts where fitted and follow Saudi law throughout the journey; smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

Liability

We will carry out every booking with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Saudi law. If something goes wrong with a booking, contact us first — most problems on the road are solved fastest with a phone call to dispatch.
